Swedish Massage

Release chronic tension and target deeper layers of muscle. Using slow, firm pressure, deep tissue work helps relieve tightness, reduce pain, and restore mobility—ideal for sore muscles and ongoing tension.

Deep Tissue Massage

Each prenatal massage session is personalized to how you’re feeling on the day of your appointment. Whether you need focused work on your low back and hips or a soothing full-body relaxation, your session is thoughtfully tailored to your body’s changing needs. You’ll be comfortably supported in a side-lying position with soft pillows to ensure both safety and relaxation throughout your treatment.

Prenatal

Uses smooth, heated bamboo sticks of varying sizes to apply pressure, knead muscles, and work out tension throughout the body

Bamboo

Reiki is not a massage but energy work. You will be fully clothed laying on top of the massage table. During a reiki session I will gently place my hands (or hover) on the 7 chakras. You may feel heat from my hands at any time or see colors when your eyes are closed. Every experience is different. I can do a standalone appointment of reiki or add a 15 min add on to any service.

Reiki

Enhance your massage experience with the deeply relaxing warmth of smooth, heated Himalayan salt stones. This add-on uses warm stones to gently melt away muscle tension, improve circulation, and promote a sense of deep calm. Can be used for Deep and Swedish massage. Not for prenatal or cupping appointments.
